    The Collection Manager will report directly to the National Director of Healthcare Collections. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive production and ensure that daily, weekly and monthly goals are met and surpassed while remaining compliant.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, lead, train and motivate a group of collectors, team leads and support staff on the timely collections of accounts.
    • Oversee staff productivity for collections to ensure productivity standards are achieved.
    • Submit various reports daily and weekly to the Healthcare Management leadership.
    • Handle disciplinary and performance issues. Provide corrective action and counseling in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and standards.
    • Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, company and client regulations.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years collection experience and 3 years third- party management experience required
    • Must relocate to or already be based in the Tinley Park, IL office
    • Must be thoroughly familiar with FDCPA regulations and enforcing compliance
    • Experience working in an environment with an automated dialer
    • FACS or Artiva system experience a great plus
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Professional in conduct
